Happy Tasty Tuesday! Today is a special Cook With Justin edition where he shows you how to make homemade Matzo Ball soup! This is essentially a homemade chicken soup recipe with matzo balls added afterward instead of egg noodles.  This is a delicious meal for those cold winter months! Enjoy 😀

✿ Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
4 large carrots, cut in large chunks
3 stalks celery, cut in large chunks
2 parsnips, cut in large chunks
1 large onion, quartered
2-3 bay leaves
5-6 whole peeled garlic cloves
15 whole peppercorns
3 whole cloves
Half a bunch of fresh parsley
3 large spoonfuls of chicken flavored Better Than Bouillon
1-2 packets of Matzo Ball mix
