Hi friends! I LOVE fried rice!!! This is a quick and delicious Chicken Fried Rice recipe, perfect for a busy weeknight, sure to be a hit with the whole family! You can easily swap out the chicken to make Beef Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Pork Fried Rice, and more!

✿ Ingredients:
1 pound sliced chicken breast
2 cups white rice cooked
2 cup vegetable mix corn, peas, carrots
3 eggs beaten
vegetable oil as needed to cook food
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
black pepper as needed
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic half for eggs and half for rest of ingredients
1 cup white scallion
1 cup green part of scallion
