Zucchini Bread!

Today on Cook with April I’m sharing how to make Zucchini Bread! If you’ve never had zucchini bread it is a perfect snack for breakfast or with a cup of coffee. A quick note: you can make this recipe with or without removing the zucchini skin! Enjoy 😀

3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2-3 zucchini
2 cups white sugar

Bake at 325F for 50-55 minutes.
