Today on Cook with April I’m sharing how to make Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango! This is one of my all-time favorite Thai desserts because the coconut milk sauce over fresh ripe mangoes is so delicious. Enjoy 😀
Ingredients:
6 ripe mangoes
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups sweet sticky rice
1.5 cups coconut milk
1 cheesecloth (optional if you use a rice cooker)
1-2 tbsp sweet rice flour (optional as a thickener)
