Ingredients:
2 cups penne pasta
1-2 tbsp oil
1 pound portobello mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup flour
2.25 cups 2% milk
2.5 cups shredded mozzarella
10 oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
