Happy Tasty Tuesday!  Today, I’m showing you how to make this delicious and easy Chocolate Mousse!

1 Package chocolate wafers (9 oz)
4 cups heavy cream (1 cup in double boiler, 2 cups for whipped cream that will make up the mousse filling, 1 cup for whipped cream on top)
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white sugar (1/4 cup for mousse filling, 1/4 cup for whipped cream on top)
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

(Bake crust at 350F for 5 mins)
