SNICKERDOODLE ICE CREAM SANDWICHES!

Today on Cook with April I’m sharing how to make these amazing Snickerdoodle Ice Cream sandwiches!  If you’ve never had a snickerdoodle cookie before, they soft yet slightly crunchy, and deliciously dipped in cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy 😀

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white sugar
3 cups flour
1 cup softened butter
2 eggs

Cookie cinnamon sugar mixture
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Bake at 325F for 10 minutes.

Today on Cook with April I’m sharing how to make this delicious and easy watermelon slushie! It is a perfect summertime drink with its cool, refreshing taste.  The lime and condensed milk make it a unique and delectable treat! Enjoy 😀

Ingredients:
4 cups watermelon
2 cups ice
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp Sweetened Condensed milk

HOMEMADE CORNBREAD!

Today on Cook with April I’m sharing how to make this delicious, homemade cornbread! You really have to try this recipe because it is one of my new favorites. Make sure to add some butter and even some honey on top of your cornbread. Enjoy 😀

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 cup white sugar
2 1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup softened butter
1 cup cornmeal
4.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs

Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.

Optional: Butter and honey to drizzle afterward.
